Honda Rebel 2017:

This angle will enable you to be able to run after sports bikes. In 2017, a model 300 has been made. This model uses an engine with a capacity of 286cc.Another model 500 has been made. This uses a very strong 471cc parallel twin version.

It is hard not to notice the number plates in this new model, the old school type. This model has a much taller suspension and also the long handlebars. All these features combine to add to the comfort of riding this bike. Due to its modest underpinnings, SCR 950 might not compete with the other bikes made specifically for sports and running. SCR is mostly suited for weekend rides and could be an ideal machine for those people who ride bikes each day.

Awesome Knee-Boarding Tips

Sometimes you might have some free time and you wonder what you are going to do with it. Well, we have an idea. You can try kneeboarding, a sport where you are towed on a motorboat with a certain design different to water skiing. In this article, we will provide tips both for beginners and the experts in the sport.

What are the advantages of knee-boarding over water skiing?

Kneeboarders enjoy a series of advantages as compared to their counterparts in water skiing. Some of them include:

  • Knee boarding provides the rider with a lower center of gravity thereby resulting in enhanced stability.
  • You are unlikely to suffer from accidents while knee boarding as compared to water skiing. On the occasion that you fall while knee boarding, you are unlikely to get hurt.

What are the knee boarding tips and tricks?

Like any other sport, knee boarding has some tricks that make the sport more exciting and one to look up to every day. Some of the most common tricks include:

Side slides:

You can achieve this by rotating the board sideways while at the same time turning it on an edge in order to make it slide. This is one of the simplest tricks and you should be able to achieve it on your first try.

Jump off the wake:

While on your kneeboard, try jumping off the wake for enhanced fun and entertainment. Be careful not to injure yourself while at this.

Try the ole:

Like a cowboy; try to swing the rope’s handle over your head. You might find this difficult on your first try but when you get it finally, you will notice the fun in the trick.

Surface 360:

Many people consider this trick one for the masters. However, you can also achieve this (if you are a beginner) if you put more practice in it. First, begin with a side slide then keep moving until a point where you can spin without necessarily having to leave the water. To complete the 360 surface, you must be able to pass the rope behind your back.

All the tricks described above are for everybody including the beginners in the house. However, there are some more difficult tricks for the experts available. Here are some of them:

  • The back roll trick
  • Switch 3
  • Frontflip
  • Wake front to back
  • Air Ollie

For beginners, it is important to note that before getting into the waters, it is important to warm up and stretch in order to avoid hurting easily while riding. While knee boarding, ensure that there are no obstacles on your way. Look out for other swimmers and when you are tired, let go of the handle and go back to the bank

Kneeboarding is an extremely fun adventure whether you are a beginner or an expert. The sport is, even more, fun if you have the necessary tricks in your bag. In this article, we have only provided you with the most common tricks and tips for you to begin with.

Rust – Tony, Trevor, Steve and the drummer whose name I’ve forgotten

Rust – an indie/metal band I was until shortly before going to uni (named after the biggest problem with Tony and my fixation with italian cars!).

It was just done for fun and this was our one and only gig – in Bideford, Devon supporting Pelvic Thrust (we used their drumkit).

Rust MkI consisted of Tony (vocals), Trevor (bass – who went back to playing guitar and started a band that played Glastonbury a couple of times), Ian (drums) and myself.

Ian left and was replaced by the ex-bass player of Pelvic Thrust, Kevin who fancied playing drums for a change, to become Rust MkII (we never gigged due to me getting a place at uni).

This gig would have been early 1996. We played Therapy’s Screamager & Totally Random Man, The Stranglers’ No More Heroes, Stiltskin’s Inside, Green Day’s Welcome To Paradise and Basket Case, Nirvana’s Rape Me & Something In The Way and also 5 songs I wrote.
